Returns and Refunds
Aimer takes great pride in providing you with high quality and worthy expending/s. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will cheerfully exchange it or refund your product prices within 45 calendar days from the date your order shipped from us. We apologize we cannot offer free charges to international addresses. Please allow us kindly inform you that original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the shipping error made by us. Please read return and exchange policy below carefully, you can always contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your further question or product-related questions or issues.
1. All returns must be postmarked no later than 45 calendar days from the date your order shipped from us.
2. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, unwashed and unworn, unblemished and undamaged, etc. We recommend that you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on items as this may make these items non-returnable.
3. All purchases must be returned with return form and guarding box via secure freight with tracking number.
4. Please allow the returning address only will be provided after purchaser reached us for return/exchange purpose, and Aimer is not allow that the purchased items are returned directly to the Aimer's outlet or store without permission from Aimer customer service.
5. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable: Panties, Hosiery, Swimwear, and Lingerie set that includes a panty, Final Sale Items, and Free Gifts. These items will be kept by us if we have received them without permission, and your payment is going to be non-refundable.
6. Please be noted you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes of returning the merchandise.
7. Please allow there will be delay on return/exchange by no freight working during the public holidays of China which including Chinese New Year, Chinese Tomb-sweeping Day, Chinese Labour Days, National Day of China, and the precise date of coming holiday will be shown as announcment on return and exchange policy at www.aimeronline.com.
8. 'Refund request' for immediate case is only to be accepted before the purchased items to be shipped, otherwise, payment will be refunded in normal case.
9. The tracking number and freight service used for return, which are necessary to be sent to Aimer Customer Service via email.
You are kindly reminded that your returned items must meet the conditions as above and you will be kindly noticed via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item and initial shipping fees are not refundable. Your refund will be normally issued to you within 2 business days after we have received your returned parcel/s.
Your refund will be credited only to the method(s) of original payment. We ask that you kindly allow 2-3 billing days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please allow the refund takes more time during the public holidays of China.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
You may exchange your purchase by returning your item and placing another order. You are kindly expected to contact our customer service team before you make exchange, due to the reason of time involved in shipping and processing your return, you are also kindly expected placing a new order right away to ensure the item/s that you want which it is in stock. Availability of items could be changed quickly. To exchange, your new order will be dispatched to you at the first, and your payment will be issued to you while we have received your return items. Note: All shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for exhanging your purchase which will be at your own expends if there is no problem/s or mistake/s from quality of purchased goods and/or our order processing. How to make a Return or Exchange
1. Please find the Return Form enclosed with your order, follow the form to fill it completely and simply login your Aimer account at www.aimeronline.com to make execution of return, click order status, then click apply return, for exchange, please make return request at the first, after that, please make new order for exchanging procduct in favour colour and fitting size, and helping us to keep your prefered product in stock. The new order will be regarded as normal order, then the refund will only be issued when we received your returning product. Then, you will be kindly provided the return address via email by customer service team, and please give us a response via email with the tracking number and the feright service that you used for return your purchases.
2. On Return Form, please specify the information of return or exchange completely and correctly, such as Order Number, Product SKU, Colour, Quantity and returning or exchanging reasons. If you are going to make return, you should complete the first table, otherwise, complete both tables for exchange.
3. Please ensure all the returning item(s) are in unworn, unwashed, clean and undamaged condition with tags attached, then return it to us by using securely sealed shipping container and secure freight with Return Form. In case of the returned merchandises is/are not meet the our returning requirement, your refunded can not be issued to you and we will keep your returned merchandises, because we are not responsible for the cost the shipment to return these item/s back to you.
